Roasted chicken with mushrooms

Main material: chicken pieces 300g
Auxiliary materials:TYM dried chili 20g, TYM wild pepper-green 2g, ginger 20g, garlic 20g, mushrooms 300g, giant green peppers 15g, sweet peppers 15g, braised seasoning 150g
Using ratios: braised seasoning:water=1:5
Cooking methods:
1.Heat oil in a pot, add chicken pieces, ginger and garlic, stir-fry until chicken turns slightly golden and fragrant, then add dried TYM dried chili and TYM wild pepper-green, sauté again and then pour in the braised seasoning.
