Using ratios: spicy boiled seasoning:water=1:5
Cooking methods:
1.Add pea starch to the sliced pork and mix well. Cut garlic sprouts and celery into segments. Ginger and garlic are cut into ginger granules and garlic granules.
2.Boil water in a pot. After the water boils, add garlic sprouts and celery segments in pot and well-cooked, and pour them into a plate.
