Sour&Spicy Vermicell Seasoning(3680g)
Applicable recipes: sour&spicy vermicell, hot and sour rice noodles, hot and sour potato shreds

Main material: Sweet potato vermicelli 300g

Auxiliary materials:celery 10g, crispy soybeans 10g, shredded kohlrabi 10g, chopped green onion 15g, spicy millet 5g, minced garlic 10g, Baoning vinegar 20g,  sour&spicy vermicell seasoning 40g

 

Using ratios: sour&spicy vermicell seasoning:raw material=1:4

 

Cooking methods:

1.Boil water in a pot and scald the sweet potato vermicelli until cooked. Add boiling water, sour&spicy vermicell seasoning, Baoning vinegar and minced garlic to the bowl and stir evenly.

2.Pour the sweet potato vermicelli into a bowl, sprinkle with chopped celery, crispy soybeans, kohlrabi, chopped green onion, and spicy millet finished.
